En este informe se constituyó el resultado de la Práctica Profesional Supervisada, de la carrera de Lic. En Derecho den Centro Universitario Tecnológico de San Pedro Sula, realizada en Banco Lafise, la cual contribuyó a la formación de experiencias en la realización de actividades legales, cumpliendo el propósito de contribuir al logro de los objetivos que fueron propuestos durante el desarrollo de la misma. Dentro de lo aprendido estuvo las constituciones de contratos privados, y contratos accesorios, con los diferentes tipos de garantías reales que se pueden hacer inscripción en el registro mobiliario e instituto de la propiedad, cuales eran sus requisitos y procedimiento. Las obligaciones, derechos y condiciones se podían plasmar ya sea en un instrumento publico y privado, creando a través de ambos un derecho del acreedor sobre lo otorgado al deudor. Muy importante la consultoría jurídica ya que cada caso es diferente desde el punto de vista legal considerado, desde un reclamo por beneficiarios de una cuenta corriente, liberaciones de hipotecas, entre otras. Los dictámenes legales que se realizaron formaron parte para identificar la parte accionaria de cada una de las empresas que realizaban aperturas de cuentas mercantiles, ver sus facultades, junta directiva, actividad económica, constitución, entre otras.Saber a través de la legislación cuanto es el tiempo en el cual se podía realizar una ejecución forzosa, un título valor como un pagaré y cuanto es el tiempo máximo para ejecutar una garantía hipotecaria.This report reveals the result of the Supervised Professional Practice, of the career of Law Degree in the Technological University Center of San Pedro Sula, carried out at Banco Lafise, which contributed to the formation of experiences in carrying out legal activities, fulfilling the purpose of contributing to the achievement of the objectives that were proposed during its development. Among what was learned were the constitutions of private contracts, and accessory contracts, with the different types of real guarantees that can be registered in the furniture registry and property institute, which were their requirements and procedure. Legal consulting is very important since each case is different from the legal point of view considered, from a claim by beneficiaries of a checking account, mortgage releases, among others.
