| dc.description | También se investigó sobre otros factores como ser la historia, la inflación en la actualidad y como afecta a las pequeñas y medianas empresas, también se investigó las ventajas y desventajas de del uso de sistemas informáticos en los procesos diarios que efectúan estas cada día. En esta investigación, según los datos obtenidos, se destaca la necesidad de implementar sistemas más especializados y diseñados especialmente para estas pequeñas empresas, con el objetivo de mejorar los tiempos de respuesta y la atención al cliente, mejorar las utilidades del negocio, minimizar las pérdidas y tener un conocimiento y un control correcto del inventario. Por lo anterior se propone un sistema informático que permita gestionar el inventario y las ventas del negocio que a su vez permite un desarrollo más eficiente de los empleados y mejorar el funcionamiento de la empresa. | |
| dc.description | Other factors were also investigated, such as history, the present inflation and how these are affected. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of the use of computer systems in the daily processes carried out by these companies were investigated too. According to the data obtained, this research highlights the need to implement more specialized systems especially designed for these small companies. The main objective is to improve the response times, customer service and business profits. It is expected to minimize losses and to have a correct knowledge and control of the inventory. Therefore, a computer system is proposed that allows managing the inventory and sales of the business which guarantee an efficient development of employees and improve the operation of the company. | |
