| dc.description | El presente estudio, se lleva a cabo con la finalidad de determinar la viabilidad que existe, en poder implementar proyectos que incentiven el Desarrollo Turístico en el Municipio de Yuscarán, El Paraíso, con el objetivo de ofrecerle a la población en general, una opción diferente para poder realizar turismo, ya sea en compañía de familiares o de amigos; a través de la adecuada Gestión del Alcance del Proyecto y la Integración de cada una de sus partes, en el proceso de adecuación y capacitación del personal que atenderá a los visitantes. La finalidad de esta investigación, es poder mostrarle a la Municipalidad, que el incentivo de la actividad turística, es un punto fundamental, para lograr dinamizar la Economía de la zona y poder desarrollarse sustancialmente; por medio de la implementación de estos Proyectos, se logra fomentar empleo y esto genera un efecto multiplicador en la economía de las familias de la comunidad. Para poder sustentar esta investigación, se realizó un estudio de mercado, con el objetivo de conocer los gustos y preferencias del mercado meta y de esta manera, ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad y que cumpla con los requerimientos y expectativas de los visitantes del lugar. Este estudio de mercado se validó por medio del instrumento de medición (encuesta), la cual consta de preguntas cerradas y se le aplicó a una muestra óptima de 400 personas en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, lugar donde está ubicado el segmento meta de la población a la que se pretende atacar. | |
| dc.description | The present study, is carried out with the purpose of determining the viability that exists, in being able to implement projects that encourage the tourist development in the Municipality of Yuscarán, El Paraíso, with the objective of offering the population in general, a different option to be able to make tourism, either in the company of relatives or friends; through the adequate Management of the Scope of the Project and the Integration of each one of its parts, in the process of adaptation and training of the personnel that will attend the visitors. The purpose of this research is to show the Municipality that the incentive of tourism activity is a fundamental point, to achieve dynamism in the economy of the area and to develop substantially; Through the implementation of these projects, it is possible to promote employment and this generates a multiplier effect in the economy of the families of the community. In order to support this research, a market study was carried out, with the objective of knowing the tastes and preferences of the target market and, in this way, to offer a high quality service that meets the requirements and expectations of the visitors of the place. This market study was validated by means of the measurement instrument (survey), which consists of closed questions and was applied to an optimal sample of 400 people in the city of Tegucigalpa, where the target segment of the population is located. which is intended to attack. | |
