RLA Manufacturing es una empresa que se dedica a la industria textil, la cual tiene varios departamentos encargados de un proceso específico dentro del desarrollo de los productos finales de alta calidad como Jersey, Fleece y Rib. Las cuales son partes de camisetas, buzos, sudaderas que serán finalizados en la planta de costura. El presente informe de práctica profesional tiene como objeto principal de estudio la realización de proyectos de mejora continua en diversos procesos determinados. En el departamento de tejido se teje la tela cruda para luego ser procesada, dentro de este se realizaron distintas auditorias semanalmente para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las máquinas. Dentro de este departamento se produce tamo debido a la hilaza, el cual es el principal factor por el cual las máquinas de detienen. Se realizaron estudios en donde se analizaron los nuevos estilos y los estilos que más problemas dan en el departamento. Se brindo un enfoque en los rollos fuera de estándar, que son los rollos que se cortan sin tener el peso requerido. Estos son causados principalmente por los operarios quienes no están pendiente de la máquina y por errores de carga en el área de planning. Se inicio un proyecto el cual consiste en medir la presión de aire comprimido en las mangueras que se encuentran en las filetas de carga las cuales se utilizan para limpiar las máquinas dentro del departamento de tejido. También se apoyó al jefe inmediato en un proyecto que consiste en limpiar las agujas de las máquinas automáticamente por medio de aceite a presión, el cual saldrá por mangueras las cuales se activan cada media hora.RLA Manufacturing is a company dedicated to the textile industry, which has several departments in charge of a specific process within the development of high quality final products such as Jersey, Fleece and Rib. A project was started which consists of measuring the compressed air pressure in the hoses found in the loading creels which are used to clean the machines within the weaving department. The immediate boss was also supported in a project that consists of cleaning the needles of the machines automatically by means of pressurized oil, which will come out through hoses which are activated every half hour.
