Today the use of pesticides is increasingly constant, due to climate changes there is a higher rate of pests in crops, pesticides are an important tool in the development of agriculture and their use has contributed to food production and raw materials, although in most of its application it has direct and indirect toxic effects on human health and the environment. This project is about evaluating the feasibility of creating a pesticide based on natural products, which has great benefits since it is not toxic to human health, it is favorable for the environment, as well as being a very economical product supporting the economy of coffee growers, and serves as fertilizer due to one of the ingredients it has, in addition to avoiding different pests in coffee, such as the stream, the CBB, etc. the spider mite and the leaf miner. Keeping the plants healthy and fertilized, also projecting greater productivity in the coffee growers' farms, thus improving their economy. The objectives we want to achieve with the implementation of this research is to carry out a search for the market analysis, the technical and financial study, to know the feasibility of the product development. The technique used for positioning in the market will be royalties per block to certain groups of coffee growers, bonuses through product recommendation and user training with highly trained personnel in the field. The investment plan for the creation of the company is L.885,556.18, the 56% financed with a bank loan and 44% with contributions from the partners, which represents an internal rate of return of 110%. The estimated recovery period of the investment is 2 years 1 month, with a maximum of 35,714 units sold of Bioplag product for the next five years, a cost of capital of 15% is also estimated. We are convinced that the business is profitable due to the value of data as a competitive advantage and the need for companies to continuously improve their performance and profitability.
