El siguiente informe documenta un estudio de pre factibilidad para la construcción y venta de micro apartamentos en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, Honduras, apoyado por los estudios de mercado, técnico organizacional, legal, ambiental y financiero para que los inversionistas interesados tengan los datos y herramientas necesarias para llegar a una decisión estratégica de invertir o no en el proyecto. El objetivo del proyecto es de conocer los intereses de espacio habitacional de la población soltera o sin hijos, su capacidad de adquisición y los valores mínimos de espacio deseados que puedan satisfacer las necesidades habitacionales de la potencial clientela.
