This case study is the result of a research carried out through the inductive method and the descriptive and bibliographic research techniques which had the observation and the interview so that the proposed objective could be reached that is the explanation of the reality of the observation of Law 12.305 / 2010 which provide for the treatment of solid waste. Thus, it presents concepts related to Reverse Logistics, packaging, the National Solid Waste Policy according to Law 12.305/2010 and Reverse Logistics of Agrochemical Packaging in the Municipality of Muricilândia - TO.Este estudo de caso é resultado de pesquisa realizada através do método indutivo e das técnicas de pesquisa descritiva e bibliográfica as quais contaram com a observação e a entrevista para que pudesse ser atingido o objetivo proposto que é a explicitação da realidade da observação da Lei 12.305/2010 a qual dispõem sobre o tratamento dos resíduos sólidos. Assim, apresenta conceitos relacionados à Logística Reversa, às embalagens, à Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos conforme Lei 12.305/2010 e à Logística Reversa das Embalagens de Agrotóxicos no Município de Muricilândia – TO.
