El siguiente documento es el resultado del proyecto de investigación cuyo objetivo fue proponer nuevas alternativas de sistemas constructivos para vivienda de hasta dos pisos encaminada hacia la vivienda de interés social. Esta investigación pretendió desarrollar materiales y sistemas constructivos como alternativa para reducir el déficit de vivienda que se presenta hoy en día en el país dado los altos costos de construcción con sistemas tradicionales siendo evidente la baja capacidad de ingresos en muchas familias que las alejan de toda posibilidad para la adquisición de una vivienda digna.
