El ser humano por naturaleza es un ente que evoluciona cada día con el paso del tiempo, y estos cambios conllevan a un mejoramiento en su desarrollo integral haciéndose notar en todo: en sus actitudes, comportamientos, normas que se necesitan para convivir racional y pacíficamente en la sociedad. Esto implica brindar al niño y el joven una formación en valores que contribuya al desarrollo de su personalidad. Por tanto, el escenario que facilita esta formación está enmarcada en la Escuela, el cual centra su misión en orientar y pulir los aportes valorativos que trae el niño del hogar. Este proceso de formación valorativo en los momentos actuales experimenta una grave crisis, ocasionado por los diversos cambios que sufre la sociedad, hechos que toca indiscutiblemente los espacios escolares, reflejándose en las actitudes y comportamientos negativos de las estudiantes en este caso del Centro Educación Básica No. 165 del Distrito de Barranquilla, sobre todo en lo que tiene que ver con el valor de la honestidad, inspiración para la realización del presente proyecto de investigación orientado a gestionar una cultura de valores (honestidad) desde procesos de aprendizaje en el aula que contribuya a la formación integral de las estudiantes del 5º grado del C.E.B. No. 165 del Distrito de Barranquilla.The human being by nature is an entity that evolves every day with the passage of time, and these changes lead to an improvement in its integral development, making itself noticeable in everything: in its attitudes, behaviors, norms that are needed to live rationally and peacefully in the society. This implies offering the child and the young person a formation in values ​​that contributes to the development of their personality. Therefore, the setting that facilitates this training is framed in the School, which focuses its mission on guiding and polishing the value contributions that the child brings from home. This process of value formation at the present time experiences a serious crisis, caused by the various changes that society undergoes, facts that unquestionably touch the school spaces, reflected in the negative attitudes and behaviors of the students in this case of the Basic Education Center No. 165 of the District of Barranquilla, especially in what has to do with the value of honesty, inspiration for the realization of this research project aimed at managing a culture of values ​​(honesty) from learning processes in the classroom that contributes to the integral formation of the 5th grade students of CEB No. 165 of the District of Barranquilla.
