Este artículo se sustenta en la temática abordada en la monografía titulada: “Especificaciones conceptuales del vínculo madre-hijo en relación con las formas de maltrato infantil en la familia contemporánea: Una revisión teórica desde la orientación psicoanalítica”. En los últimos años el fenómeno del maltrato infantil ha venido evidenciándose en la sociedad, por lo que ha cobrado gran interés para diversas disciplinas, las cuales dan explicaciones e implementan estrategias intentando responder a esta problemática; por lo tanto, se establece un análisis de la relación existente entre el vínculo madre-hijo y las formas de maltrato infantil en la familia contemporánea, partiendo de la importancia que posee el inconsciente en la dinámica familiar.This article is originated from the results of the research titled: “Conceptual specifications of motherchild bond regarding the types of child abuse in the contemporary family: A theoretical review from a psychoanalytical stand point”. In the last few years, child abuse phenomenon has become more evident, this is why it has gathered great interest of professionals from different disciplines. They attempt to explain its reasons and implement strategies to counteract this problem, thus, this study is an analysis of the connection between mother-child bond and the types of child maltreatment in the contemporary family by means of the importance of the unconscious within family dynamics.
