En este artículo se realiza un estudio a la diversa normatividad aplicable en el Departamento del Cauca: Jurisdicción Especial Indígena, legislación de protección a comunidades afrodescendientes y justicia ordinaria, para establecer su articulación al marco jurídico nacional para la paz. En esta investigación socio-jurídica a través del método cualitativo de entrevistas y análisis documental, y cuantitativo, se logra evidenciar la existencia de colisiones jurídicas entre las normativas aplicables en el Departamento del Cauca y el marco jurídico nacional para la paz y concluir que la implementación de lo acordado entre el Gobierno de Colombia y las FARC–EP debe estar en armonía con la normatividad aplicable y comunidades que habitan este Departamento A study of the different applicable normativity in Cauca Department was per-formed by the author in this article, Special indigenous jurisdiction, protection legislation for Afro-descendant communities and ordinary justice to establish their articulation with the national legal framework for peace. In this socio-legal re-search through the qualitative method of interviews and documentary and quan-titative analysis, it is possible to conclude the existence of legal collisions between the applicable norms in Cauca Department towards the national legal framework for peace. Concluding that the implementation of the agreement between the Gov-ernment of Colombia and the FARC-EP in Cauca Department must be in harmony with the applicable regulations and communities that inhabit this Department
