O presente artigo pretende analisar se teve vício no início do inquérito das Fake News de ofício pelo Presidente do STF na condução do procedimento que levou às críticas e às decisões complementares dos ministros para se defenderem das acusações de terceiros das chamadas ilegalidades e inconstitucionalidades supostamente praticadas.This article aims to analyze whether there was a defect at the beginning of the Fake News inquiry by the President of the STF in conducting the procedure that led to the criticisms and complementary decisions of the ministers to defend themselves against the accusations of third parties of the so-called illegalities and unconstitutionalities allegedly practiced.
