Faced with the changes that have occurred in the hotel department due to technological developments in recent years, it was verified that the features of accommodation rooms for season rentals searched by the guests had changed. Thus, this monograph proposes a project for an inn that combines technology and sustainability, aiming at an enterprise model updated to the new customer wishes. It was sought to present home automation solutions that can also be implemented in such department, bringing benefits that not only provide more comfort and autonomy to the guests, but also reduces the costs of operating and maintaining the business. Such automation solutions and sustainability strategies were presented through a project of an inn, purposely developed to have generic characteristics, with an undefined construction location. Therefore, when considering fictitious land for the inn layout, more emphasis was placed on the easy adaptation of the infrastructure to the most diverse environments. As a result of the study, it was discussed the general operating of the inn and the implementation of the adopted solutions, with figures, texts and dimensioning calculations. Therefore, helping entrepreneurs in the branch of seasonal rentals rooms and civil construction to have a more competitive business model, combining innovation, technology and sustainability with a new inn concept.Diante das mudanças ocorridas no setor hoteleiro devido a evolução tecnológica dos últimos anos, foi aferido que o perfil de acomodação para aluguéis de temporada procurado mudou. Perante o exposto, o presente trabalho propõe um projeto de uma pousada que une tecnologia e sustentabilidade, objetivando um modelo de empreendimento atualizado as novas necessidades dos hóspedes. Foi buscado apresentar soluções de automação residencial que podem também ser implementadas em tal setor, trazendo benefícios que não só propiciam mais conforto e autonomia aos hóspedes, como também diminuem os custos de operação e manutenção do empreendimento. Tais soluções de automação e estratégias de sustentabilidade foram apresentadas através de um projeto de uma pousada, concedido com o intuito de ter característica genérica, não tendo local definido a ser implantado. Portanto, ao utilizar um terreno fictício para a elaboração do layout da pousada, foi dado maior ênfase a fácil adaptação da infraestrutura aos mais diversos ambientes. Por fim, foi discorrido sobre o funcionamento geral da pousada e a implantação das soluções adotadas, com figuras, textos e cálculos de dimensionamento. Auxiliando, portanto, empreendedores do ramo da hospedagem a ter um modelo de negócio mais competitivo, unindo inovação, tecnologia e sustentabilidade a um novo conceito de pousada.
