| dc.description | This bachelor dissertation consists of an Architectural schematic design presentation for a LGBT+ Centre of Culture and Refuge located in Florianópolis-SC with the presence of two building of patrimonial interest on the same field. To justify the research, a bibliographical analysis about the LGBT movement in Brazil and the world along with its connotations in the current context has been carried out, as well as collecting information about homophobia and its implications in human life. In addition, the dissertation seeks to analyse the implementation area of the Project due to that it displays maps of the environment with the necessary considerations and the inventory of the two historic building in the territory. To highlight the architectural proposal, a case study was performed at the LGBT Culture and Refuge Centre – Casa 1 in São Paulo and also the analysis of notorious restoration projects that enrich the project. | |
| dc.description | O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso consiste no lançamento do partido arquitetônico de um Centro de Cultura e Acolhimento LGBT+ localizado em Florianópolis-SC com a presença de duas edificações de interesse patrimonial em seu terreno. Para fundamentar a proposta, utilizou-se pesquisas bibliográficas acerca do movimento LGBT no Brasil e no mundo e suas implicações no atual contexto vivenciado, além de informações acerca da homofobia e de suas implicações na vida dos seres humanos. Além disto, o trabalho busca analisar o local de implantação do projeto e por isto apresenta mapas do entorno com as considerações necessárias e o inventário das duas edificações históricas presentes no terreno. Para melhor embasar a proposta arquitetônica realizou-se o estudo de caso no Centro de Cultura e Acolhimento LGBT - Casa 1 em São Paulo e análise de notórios projetos de restauro que acrescentam na proposta. | |
