Este trabalho de conclusão de curso possui a finalidade de analisar uma possível nova ordem da vertente capitalista, perante o advento da tecnologia atribuída como capitalismo de vigilância e tendo como agente central nessa pesquisa os Estados Unidos. Dessa maneira, o trabalho tem por objetivo identificar uma nova ordem sistêmica que com a quarta revolução industrial e a globalização deixaram os estados à margem de empresas transnacionais portadoras dessa tecnologia, que se concentram nos centros capitalistas, e por intermédio dos algoritmos estabelecem um novo colonialismo nas periferias, sendo este o colonialismo digital. Portanto, este trabalho se divide em duas partes, primeiramente ao buscar conceituar o capitalismo de vigilância, discutindo o seu advento e como a google foi pioneira de tal. Na segunda secção, debate-se acerca do colonialismo digital, destacando a forma que os estados hegemons usufruem de tal para exercer poder e influência atribuindo assim os cases de países periféricos que são afligidos. Deste modo, a atribuição desta discussão é de grande significância para as Relações Internacionais, ao analisar os as relações dos estados no século XXI frente à uma nova ordem.This final paper has the purpose of analyzing a possible new order of the capitalist side, before the advent of technology attributed as surveillance capitalism and having as central agent in this research the United States. Thus, the work aims to identify a new systemic order that with the fourth industrial revolution and globalization left states on the margins of transnational companies carrying this technology, which are concentrated in the capitalist centers, and through algorithms establish a new colonialism in the peripheries, this being the digital colonialism. Therefore, this work is divided into two parts, first by trying to conceptualize surveillance capitalism, discussing its advent and how google pioneered it. In the second section, it is discussed about digital colonialism, highlighting the way that the hegemon states enjoy such to exercise power and influence thus attributing cases of peripheral countries that are afflicted. Thus, the attribution of this discussion is of great significance for International Relations, when analyzing the relations of states in the 21st century in front of a new order.
