It will be proposed an expansion of an existing business. The project is justified by the need to professionalize the management of a small family business to provide domestic repair services. The business is responsible for all income generation of the family and apparently the management is carried out empirically, family and traditional, without the use of modern administrative techniques. Therefore, the objective will be the production of an expansion business plan for this small business, which if deemed feasible, could be an opportunity for growth and consolidation in the market.Será proposto uma ampliação de um negócio já existente. O projeto se justifica pela necessidade de profissionalização da gestão de um pequeno negócio familiar de prestação de serviços de reparos domésticos.
