This project proposes to critically analyze the working relationships of migrant women, through an intersectional perspective, verifying whether the overlapping of characteristics that are usually discriminated against, such as gender and being an international migrant, contributes to greater exploitation of female workers, who are targets for more precarious and low-paid sectors. Thus, it is intended to observe in the available data and statistical samples which areas of the labor market are occupied by migrant workers and what are the differences between the experience of migrant men and migrant women. The hypothesis raised is that, to the overlapping of xenophobia, gender, prejudices influence the working relationships of migrant women, setting place for an intersectional vulnerability and therefore it is essential that the situation of migrants, specifically women migrants, is observed from an intersectional perspective, seeking to understand the influence that overlapping discriminations have on the development of a quality life in the receiving country.Esta pesquisa se propõe a analisar criticamente as relações de trabalho das migrantes, mediante uma ótica interseccional, verificando se a sobreposição de características usualmente discriminadas, como gênero e migrante, contribui para uma exploração maior das trabalhadoras, sendo destinadas a setores mais precários e mal remuneradas. Assim, pretende-se observar, nos dados e amostras estatísticas disponíveis, quais áreas do mercado de trabalho são ocupadas pelas trabalhadoras migrantes e quais as diferenças entre a experiência do homem migrante e mulher migrante. A hipótese levantada é a de que, além da xenofobia, o preconceito de gênero influencia nas relações de trabalho das migrantes, tratando-se de uma vulnerabilidade interseccional. Assim, é imprescindível que a situação dos migrantes, especificamente da migrante mulher, seja observada sob uma ótica interseccional, buscando compreender a influência que as discriminações sobrepostas têm no desenvolvimento de uma vida de qualidade no país receptor.
