The presente article comes from reflections surrounding the Black Mirror series, especifically it’s episode “White Bear”. The author intends to bring a discussion that involves policies that produces exclusion, that are not democratic or human. The study lays over concepts of two historical-philosophical authors, Walter Benjamin e Hannah Arendt. There is a brief conceptualization over human rights and human dignity, coming to the conclusion that these principles are the indispensable and must be revolved by constitucional value, with indistinct application, for its not only a guarantee but everyone’s right. O presente artigo partiu de reflexões acerca do episódio “White Bear”, da série Black Mirror, pretendendo a autora inserir a discussão sobre as políticas que produzem a exclusão, que não são democráticas ou humanas. São utilizados conceitos histórico-filosóficos de dois autores principais, Walter Benjamin e Hannah Arendt. É feita uma breve conceituação de dignidade da pessoa humana, verificando que este principio é carro-chefe para os demais e deve ter caráter de valor constitucional supremo, com aplicação indistinta, pois, além de garantia, é direito de todos.
