This paper addresses the issue of the situation of the foreigner in the national territory in the light of Law 13.455/2017, called the Migration Law. The recent uncontrolled flow of Venezuelan migrants to the state of Roraima, in the middle of the Amazon Forest, and the state actions undertaken by their constituted branches will be, respectively, the spatial basis and parameter for analyzing the novel diploma and its structure as a norm. It refers the study to the context of the legal recognition of Human Rights and the importance of multiple Treaties and Declarations whose purpose has been to protect human dignity in a wide range of domains.Esse trabalho aborda a questão da situação do estrangeiro no território nacional à luz da Lei 13.445/2017 denominada Lei de Migração. O recente e descontrolado fluxo de migrantes venezuelanos para o estado de Roraima, em plena Floresta Amazônica e as ações de Estado empreendidas por seus Poderes Constituídos, serão, respectivamente, a base espacial e parâmetro para analisar o novel diploma e sua estrutura como norma. Remete o estudo ao contexto do reconhecimento jurídico dos Direitos Humanos e a importância de múltiplos Tratados e Declarações cujo móvel foi proteger a dignidade humana em domínios os mais diversos.
