O artigo tem como objetivo geral analisar os efeitos da discriminação racial no (não) reconhecimento e na cidadania de um grupo de mulheres negras e pardas. Estruturamos a pesquisa em critérios metodológicos próprios, exploratórios e qualitativos, por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e análise de narrativas (auto)biográficas em um diálogo reflexivo com escuta sensível de um grupo colaborativo formado por mulheres autodeclaradas negras e pardas. Como aporte teórico para discussões e análise de resultados optou-se por autoras contra hegemônicas como Lilia Schwarcz (1993), Gayatri Spivak (2010) e Nancy Fraser (2007). A análise mostra como se dão os efeitos da discriminação no (não) reconhecimento e na cidadania de mulheres negras e pardas destacando-se entre os efeitos conforme narrativas a recorrência dos temas racismo, sexismo e subalternidade. O estudo evidencia a necessidade de políticas públicas para o combate à discriminação racial de mulheres negras e pardas de maneira individual e coletiva. Palavras-chave: Mulheres negras. Cidadania.The article has a general objective to analyze the effects of racial discrimination in (no) recognition and in the citizenship of a group of black and brown women. We structure the research in methodological criteria exploratory and qualitative, through of bibliographic survey and analysis of narratives autobiographical in a reflective dialogue with sensitive listening of a collaborative group formed by black and brown women. As a theoretical contribution to the discussions and analysis of the results, we chose authors opposed to hegemonic authors as Lilia Schwarcz (1993), Gayatri Spivak (2010) and Nancy Fraser (2007). The analysis shows as occurs the effects of the discrimination in the (no) recognition and in the citizenship of black and brown women, emphasizing the effects according to narratives the recurrence of the theme’s racism, sexism, and subordinate. The study evidence the importance of public policies for combat racial discrimination of black women and brown women individually and collectively. Keywords: Black women. Brown women.
