Hypoplastic enamel lesions are problems that often lead to esthetic dissatisfaction in patients, thus, with the purpose of reducing the repetitive restorative cycle, dentistry has been implementing alternative treatments aiming at minimally invasive approaches to solve these alterations. The objective of this work is - through a clinical case report - to demonstrate the sequential technique of minimally invasive procedures for aesthetic resolution in the anterior tooth. The treatment performed on hypoplastic stains on teeth 11 and 13 were microabrasion, with phosphoric acid and pumice in 2 sessions and the application of resinous infiltrate (Icon®, DMG - Hamburg, Germany) in a single session. Therefore, there is effective masking of the hypoplastic enamel lesion present in the buccal incisal thirds of the units, restoring the aesthetics satisfactorily. Thus, clinical success in cases of hypoplastic enamel lesions directly depends on the correct diagnosis, lesion depth and appropriate treatment choice.As lesões hipoplásicas de esmaltes são problemas que frequentemente acarretam em insatisfação estética aos pacientes, assim, com o propósito de reduzir o ciclo restaurador repetitivo a odontologia vem implementando tratamentos alternativos que visam abordagens minimamente invasivas para a solução dessa alterações. O objetivo desse trabalho é, através de relato de caso clínico, demonstrar a técnica sequencial de procedimentos minimamente invasivos para resolução estética em dente anterior. O tratamento realizado em manchas hipoplásicas nos dentes 11 e 13 foram a microabrasão, com ácido fosfórico e pedra-pomes em 2 sessões e a aplicação de infiltrante resinoso (Icon®, DMG - Hamburg, Alemanha) em sessão única. Havendo portanto efetivo mascaramento da lesão hipoplásica de esmalte presentes nos terços incisais vestibulares das unidades, restaurando a estética de forma satisfatoria. Sendo assim, o sucesso clinico em casos de lesões hipoplásicas em esmalte depende diretamente do correto diagnóstico, profundidade da lesão e escolha apropriada do tratamento.Lagarto, SE
