| dc.description | ABSTRACT The present article has as object of study the demands of social human rights presented by the families in the scope of Social Assistance in the city of Parauapebas / Pa. It is identified that in the perspective of the guarantee of rights the portrait of the family ends up being centralized in the figure of the woman, who carries innumerable responsibilities beyond the family bosom, because situations of violation of rights where children and adolescents are the main victims, the intimate issues of the family are related to the role of women in the care and protection of their family. | dc.description | RESUMO O presente artigo tem como objeto de estudo as demandas de direitos humanos sociais apresentadas pelas famílias no âmbito da Assistência Social no município de Parauapebas/Pa. Identifica-se que na perspectiva da garantia de direitos o retrato da família acaba sendo centralizado na figura da mulher, a qual carrega inúmeras responsabilidades para além do seio familiar, pois, as situações de violação de direitos onde crianças e adolescentes são as principais vítimas, posicionam-se como questões de foro intimo a família, ligadas principalmente ao papel da mulher no cuidado e na proteção de seus entes.
