| dc.description | The main objective of this study is to provide a scenario of studies related to organizational
values through a systematic review of productions carried out in the national territory, from
2000 to 2020. 70 articles were identified, of which 28 were fully analyzed. The main
exponent areas of investigation of organizational values were psychology and administration.
The articles were separated in order to better delve into common themes, such as the
relationship between values and pathologies and values and quality of life at work, to cite
examples. Given the extension and variety of works, and the time span of two decades, it is
believed that this study managed to deliver a comprehensive view of Brazilian production
regarding organizational values, revealing the importance of the theme, as well as its
contributions to the areas of psychology , administration and people management, being able
to maintain its attractiveness for more than 20 years. | |

| dc.description | O principal objetivo deste estudo é oferecer um cenário dos estudos relacionados aos valores
organizacionais mediante revisão sistemática das produções realizadas em território nacional,
no período de 2000 a 2020. Foram identificados 70 artigos, dos quais 28 analisados
integralmente. As principais áreas exponentes da investigação dos valores organizacionais
foram a psicologia e a administração. Os artigos foram separados de forma a aprofundar
melhor temas em comum, como a relação entre valores e patologias e valores e qualidade de
vida no trabalho, para citar exemplos. Dada a extensão e variedade de trabalhos, e o tempo
abarcado de duas décadas, acredita-se que este estudo conseguiu entregar uma visão
abrangente da produção brasileira referente aos valores organizacionais, revelando a
importância do tema, bem como suas contribuições para as áreas da psicologia, da
administração, e da gestão de pessoas, sendo capaz de manter sua atratividade por mais de 20
