Synthesis of iron gold nanoparticle with aminolevulinic acid

Resumen
Gold nanoparticles may act as a photosensitizing agent in
photodynamic therapy (PDT). In this work we propose to
synthesize gold nanoparticles (5-ALA: AuNPs) and gold
with iron (5-ALA: AuFeNPs), functionalized with the
incorporation of aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA). Zeta
potential measurements were made to evaluate the
stability of the solutions.
