| dc.description | Objetivando utilizar estacas de soja para propagação vegetativa, foram avaliadas características físicas e químicas de estacas medianas e apicais das variedades “IAC-S' e “Garimpo”. Observaram-se maiores diâmetros de caule, largura e comprimento do folíolo central da folha trifoliolada remanescente das estacas da variedade “IAC-8”, comparada com as da “Garimpo”. O mesmo ocorreu para as estacas medianas em relação às apicais, incluindo-se, nesta avaliação, amido na folha.
