dc.descriptionForam realizados dois experimentos, com 200 porcas distribuídas em delineamento experimental de blocos ao acaso, para validar as relações dos aminoácidos treonina, triptofano, valina, metionina + cistina digestíveis com a lisina digetível no conceito da proteína ideal para porcas em lactação e o outro para avaliar rações de alta densidade nutricional, com ou sem suplementação de aminoácidos sintéticos, ajustadas com base na energia líquida, para porcas em lactação, considerando os desempenhos produtivos e reprodutivos. No experimento I, foram utilizadas 120 matrizes suínas, distribuídas em seis tratamentos e 20 repetições. Não houve efeito dos tratamentos sobre o consumo de ração médio diário e o consumo de lisina digestível médio diário. Os tratamentos não influenciaram a perda de peso e variação de peso, espessura e variação da espessura de toucinho, proteína e variação de proteína corporal, gordura e variação de gordura corporal, intervalo desmame-estro e a produção de leite estimada das porcas durante o período de lactação. No experimento II, foram utilizadas 80 matrizes suínas, distribuídas em quatro tratamentos e 20 repetições. Não houve efeito dos tratamentos sobre o consumo de ração médio diário das porcas. Observou-se aumento significativo no consumo de lisina digestível entre os tratamentos. Os tratamentos não influenciaram o peso, a perda de peso e a variação de peso, o intervalo desmame-estro e a produção de leite estimada das porcas durante o período de lactação. Concluiu-se que as relações dos aminoácidos metionina + cistina (54%), treonina (64%), triptofano (19%) e valina digestível (78%) com a lisina digestível, proposta na proteína ideal por Rostagno et al. (2005), atendem as exigências de porcas em lactação para melhores características produtivas e reprodutivas. Rações de alta densidade, com ou sem suplementação de outros aminoácidos industriais, para porcas em lactação, reduziram a mobilização de reservas corporais em porcas, sem afetar significativamente seu desempenho produtivo e reprodutivo.
dc.descriptionTwo experiments were made with 200 sows distributed in a completely randomized block design to validate the relations of the digestible amino acids threonine, tryptophan, valine, methionine+ cystine with the digestible lysine on the concept of the ideal protein for sows during lactation and the other to evaluate high nutritional density rations for sows during lactation, considering the productive and reproductive performances. On the first experiment, 120 sows were used, distributed in six treatments and 20 repetitions. The treatments had no effect over the daily mean ration consumption neither over the daily mean consumption of the digestible lysine. The treatments did not have influence on the weight loss and weight variation, neither on the backfat thickness and backfat thickness variation, neither on the body protein and body protein variation, neither on the body fatness and body fatness variation, neither on the weaning- to-estrus interval and neither on the estimated milk production of the sows during the lactation period. On the second experiment, 80 sows were used, distributed in four treatments and 20 repetitions. The treatments had no effect over the daily mean ration consumption of the sows. A significant increase has been observed on the digestible lysine consumption between the treatments. The treatments had no influence over the weight, neither on the weight loss and weight variation, neither on the weaning-to-estrus interval and neither on the milk production estimated from the sows during the lactation period. The conclusion is that the relation of the amino acids methionine+cystine (54%), threonine (64%), trypotophan (19%) and digestible valine (78%) with the digestible lysine proposed on the ideal protein by Rostagno et al. (2005), attend to the sows requirements during lactation to improve the production and reproduction characteristics. High density rations, with or without industrial amino acids supplementation, for sows during lactation, reduced the mobilization of corporal reserves on sows, not affecting significantly the productive and reproductive performance of them.
