dc.descriptionWithin the framework of the completion of a new stage of our professional training process, specifically in the specialization in project management at CEIPA, we decided to deepen the emphasis on Lean Project Management seeking to understand practices that originated from the need to find a agile, optimal strategy that aims to identify and eliminate waste, achieving cohesion between communication and teamwork, for which a company was chosen in which this strategy was applied, the company is located in Miami, is dedicated to the rental of cars, houses and boats and is called Sky Rentals Miami legally created in 2020 by 3 partners under the figure of Limited Liability Company (LLC) where as a result of the GAPS that were identified in the organization it is provided in a adequate to implement an improvement-type project where strategies are identified that help to achieve the strategic objectives in which they are based. e aims to be a well-structured company that generates and adds value to its customers.
dc.descriptionEn el marco de la finalización de una nueva etapa de nuestro proceso de formación profesional, específicamente en la especialización en gerencia de proyectos del CEIPA, decidimos profundizar en el énfasis de Lean Project Management buscando entender prácticas que tuvieron su origen en la necesidad de encontrar una estrategia ágil, optima y que pretende identificar y eliminar desperdicios, logrando una cohesión entre la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo, para lo cual se escogió una empresa en la que hubiese aplicación de esta estrategia, la empresa está ubicada en Miami, se dedica a la renta de autos, casas y botes y lleva por nombre Sky Rentals Miami creada legalmente en el año 2020 por 3 socios bajo la figura de Limited Liability Company (LLC) donde a raíz de los GAPS que se identificaron en la organización se presta de manera adecuada para implementar un proyecto de tipo mejoramiento donde se identifiquen estrategias que ayuden al logro de los objetivos estratégicos en los cuales se apunte a ser una empresa bien estructurada, que genere y agregue valor a sus clientes.
