dc.descriptionThis article aims to understand the agroindustrial challenges in vertical integration between Central Cooperative - Singular Cooperatives - producers. The research is qualitative, in which semi structured interviews were carried out to six presidents of singular cooperatives affiliated to a Cooperative Center. Among the results, it is concluded that the advantages of Singular Cooperatives in affiliation to a Central, are related to safety and convenience in the disposal of milk and to allow them to be supported by a consolidated brand in the market. However, the Central must work together with its producers and their associated cooperatives on the role that each one has in the agro-industrial system.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artigo tem como objetivo compreender os desafios agroindustriais na integração vertical entre Cooperativa Central-Cooperativas Singulares-produtores. A pesquisa é qualitativa, no qual foram realizadas entrevistas semi estruturadas a seis presidentes de cooperativas singulares filiadas à uma Central de Cooperativas. Entre os resultados, conclui-se que as vantagens das Cooperativas Singulares em se filiarem a uma Central, estão relacionadas à segurança e à comodidade no escoamento do leite e por lhes permitir estarem amparadas por uma marca consolidada no mercado. No entanto, a Central precise trabalhar junto aos seus produtores e suas cooperativas associadas sobre o papel que cada um tem no sistema agroindustrial. pt-BR
