Resumen
The present work sought to synthesize the knowledge produced in Brazil on the subject of power relations among children, based on the analysis of dissertations and theses defended in the country's graduate programs and available at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), the articles published on the journals portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Graduate Education Personnel (CAPES) and the posters and papers presented at the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPEd), in the working group on education of children from 0 to 6 years old (GT07), in the period from 2000 to 2019. Through this work, it was possible to conclude that the social relations of children are crossed by social and economic inequalities and gender issues that, in turn, produce behaviors and children's speech that express power relations in childhood. Both the family and the school were configured, from the analysis of the above texts, as spaces for the reproduction of stereotypes and prejudices, as well, as places of resistance and transformation. The theme of power relations among children is still little explored in the country and the number of academic studies that relate power relations to the interactions that are established between children is very small, if we consider the amount of research carried out in the field of education.
