At school the pedagogical changes resulting from the inclusion of new technological resources, does not simply depends on the acquisition of equipment. There needs to be an investment in teacher training for conscious use of these resources, in addition, it is necessary that teachers believe that change. This research proposes to rethink the process of teaching and learning making use of technological resources available at the school. Consequently, the research aims to study the use of technological resources, in high school at the State School of Myriam Coeli Natal, RN. It is understood, in this work, that the teacher is one of the main characters of this building and that he needs to rethink his formation. However, the main point of this work is the use of these technological resources in the school environment, for all areas of knowledge, identifying difficulties for teachers to use these methodological resources. Starting from the history of the educational system and the projects undertaken to improve human resources, and going through the inclusion of new technological resources in education, we aim to encourage questioning about the methods and the educational practice. The routings followed in order to acquire information about the inclusion of these theoretical and methodological resources were literature reviewing, data collected through a questionnaire applied to seventeen teachers, and analyze of this material. With the information gathered the teachers? experiences are reported and we propose some ideas for the use of technological resources available at the school already mentioned, in order to assist teachers for the use of the resources yet not appropriated by them.Na escola, as mudan?as pedag?gicas advindas da inclus?o de novos recursos tecnol?gicos n?o dependem simplesmente da aquisi??o de equipamentos. ? necess?rio que exista um investimento na forma??o dos docentes para utiliza??o consciente desses recursos; al?m disso, ? preciso que os docentes acreditem nessa mudan?a. Este trabalho de pesquisa prop?e repensar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, com a utiliza??o dos recursos tecnol?gicos dispon?veis na escola. Por consequ?ncia, a pesquisa tem o objetivo de estudar a utiliza??o dos recursos tecnol?gicos no ensino m?dio da Escola Estadual Myriam Coeli, localizada na cidade de Natal/ RN. Entende-se, neste trabalho, que o docente ? um dos principais agentes dessa constru??o e que ele precisa repensar sua forma??o. No entanto, o principal objetivo ? compreender e analisar a import?ncia da utiliza??o dos recursos tecnol?gicos no espa?o escolar por todas as ?reas do conhecimento, identificando as dificuldades dos docentes ao utilizarem esses recursos metodol?gicos. Partindo da historiza??o do sistema educacional e dos projetos realizados para implantar melhorias em recursos humanos, at? a inclus?o dos novos recursos tecnol?gicos na educa??o, procura-se provocar o questionamento de alguns m?todos e pr?ticas educacionais. Como encaminhamento relacionado ? inclus?o desses recursos te?rico-metodol?gico, utilizou-se a revis?o da literatura, a coleta de dados por meio de um question?rio aplicado a dezessete docentes e a an?lise desse material. Com as informa??es colhidas, relatam-se as viv?ncias dos docentes e prop?em-se algumas ideias para utiliza??o dos recursos tecnol?gicos dispon?veis na escola em quest?o, a fim de auxiliar os docentes no uso de recursos ainda n?o apropriados por eles.
