| dc.description | The district of Itacoatiara, located in the municipality of Niterói, arose from a subdivision that began in 1952 and today by the Master Plan is within an Environmental Protection Area. We intend with this work to characterize the process of formation of the subdivision, and verify if during this process the subdivision was within the current Master Plan, with regard to environmental aspects. Finally, to evaluate the environmental consequences of the occupation of the region. | |
| dc.description | O bairro de Itacoatiara, localizado no município de Niterói, surgiu de um loteamento que teve inicio em 1952 e hoje pelo Plano Diretor se encontra dentro de uma Área de Proteção Ambiental. Pretendemos com esse trabalho caracterizar o processo de formação do loteamento, e verificar se durante esse processo o loteamento esteve dentro do atual Plano Diretor, no que se refere aos aspectos ambientais. Por fim, avaliar as consequências ambientais da ocupação da região. | |
