| dc.description | A presente dissertação tem por objetivo contribuir para aprofundar a reflexão sobre dispositivos eletrônicos de comunicação na área da educação profissional em saúde, por meio da análise dos recortes temáticos da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde em Educação Profissional (BVS-EPS), tendo por referência os temas trabalhados pelas Escolas Técnicas do Sistema Único de Saúde (ETSUS) e disponibilizados no site da Rede de Escolas Técnicas do SUS (RET-SUS). Inicialmente, são apresentadas considerações teóricas dos conceitos nucleares do trabalho: redes, rede de informação, rede eletrônica de comunicação e informação. A partir daí, tendo em vista a influência das redes em segmentos diversos, pontua-se o contexto da saúde com um breve histórico do Sistema Único brasileiro, buscando focalizar a questão da formação profissional de nível médio para o SUS. Em seqüência é apresentada a área de Educação Profissional em Saúde, enfatizando os aspectos que influenciaram sua consolidação para, então, ser estabelecida a articulação dos três eixos do estudo: Rede, Sistema Único de Saúde brasileiro e Educação em Saúde, considerando simultaneamente a avaliação prática da matéria mediante dados apurados nos sites da WEB, vistos como dispositivos de comunicação e informação virtuais. Finalmente, algumas conclusões foram estabelecidas, no sentido de mostrar que as instituições brasileiras do Sistema de Saúde, envolvidas com a formação de nível técnico, têm a possibilidade de contar com mais este dispositivo eletrônico, a biblioteca virtual, para a gestão, disseminação e acesso às informações da área. | |
| dc.description | This work intends to bring some contribution to the reflection about communication electronic devices in the field of Professional Education in the health sector through the analysis of theme excerpts found in the Health Vrtual Library in professional Education (BVS-EPS), presenting as reference the subjects from the Brazilian Single Health System (SUS — Sistema Único de Saúde) (ETSUS) availlable at the SUS tecnical School Chain website. First by the theorectical considerations about this work basic concepts are presented: network, information network, information and communication electronic network. Henceforth, in view of influence of the networks in different fields, the work describes at the Health context and offers a brief historical of the Single Health System , intending to focus intending to focus the question of the professional formation of average level for the SUS. In sequence the area of Professional Education in Health is presented, having emphasized the aspects that had influenced its consolidation for, then, to be established the joint of the three axles of the study: Net, Single Health System and Education in Health, considering simultaneously the practical evaluation of the matter, by means of collected data in the sites of WEB, seen as devices of virtual communication and information. At last, some conclusions had been established, with the aim to show that the Brazilian institutions of the System of Health, involved with the level formation technician, have the possibility to count on plus this electronic device, the virtual library, for the management, dissemination and access to the information of the area. | |
