<p>Con la implementación de 4500 m² de ají dulce, variedad Topito (<em>Capsicum annuum</em>) en el corregimiento de Buenos Aires, perteneciente al municipio de Montería Córdoba, se dio a conocer un sistema productivo semi-tecnificado, para contribuir al desarrollo social y económico del corregimiento. Durante la ejecución del proyecto productivo se llevaron a cabo cuatro componentes, agronómico, social, investigativo y empresarial, en donde los componentes se complementaron de forma conjunta, ya que mediante el dialogo de saberes con los agricultores de la zona, en donde se adquirió y compartió conocimiento, mediante reuniones y prácticas en campo, en donde a través del “aprender haciendo” se demostraba de forma participativa el por qué se realizaba cada actividad, por otra parte, con el componente investigativo, se realizó la caracterización y comparación de tres sistemas productivos diferentes de ají dulce en el corregimiento de Buenos Aires, con el fin de observar y conocer los diferentes manejos agronómicos que se le realizan al cultivo de ají en la zona. En cuanto al componente empresarial se dieron a conocer dos canales comercialización para los nuevos productores de ají dulce del corregimiento, por otra parte, se tuvo en cuenta la producción, cosecha y comercialización de ají dulce, con el objetivo de fortalecer las practicas agronómicas en cada etapa de los cultivos que manejaron los agricultores, con estos componentes se logró adquirir más experiencias sobre el cultivo de ají dulce y generar mayores innovaciones rurales, ya que este es un cultivo poco implementado en el corregimiento, por otra parte, se tuvo en cuenta la producción, cosecha y comercialización de ají dulce. Por último, el propósito general del proyecto productivo fue el de contribuir al desarrollo social y económico del corregimiento, mediante el aporte de conocimiento y experiencias a los agricultores del corregimiento.</p>With the implementation of 4500 m2 of sweet bell pepper, Topito variety (Capsicum annuum) in the township of Buenos Aires, in the municipality of Montería, Córdoba, a semitechnified production system was introduced to contribute to the social and economic development of the township. As for the business component, two marketing channels for the new producers of sweet bell pepper in the township were presented; on the other hand, the production, harvest and marketing of sweet bell pepper were taken into account, with the objective of strengthening the agronomic practices in each stage of the crops that the farmers managed, with these components it was possible to acquire more experiences on the cultivation of sweet bell pepper and generate greater rural innovations, since this is a crop that is little implemented in the township, on the other hand, the production, harvest and marketing of sweet bell pepper were taken into account. Finally, the general purpose of the productive project was to contribute to the social and economic development of the township, through the contribution of knowledge and experiences to the farmers of the township.
