El objetivo principal de esta investigación, fue establecer si el capital psicológico y la satisfacción laboral disminuyen los niveles de Síndrome de burnout. Lo anterior se llevó a cabo mediante un tipo de estudio correlacional, y se utilizaron tres instrumentos que miden cada una de las variables mencionadas previamente. La muestra fue de 111 participantes que en su mayoría se desempeñan en el área de servicio al cliente. Los resultados permitieron concluir que a mayor capital psicológico y satisfacción laboral, menores niveles de Síndrome de burnout
