Del texto consagrado en este literal, surge un importante cuestionamiento, acerca de si las prestaciones sociales consagradas en los títulos VIII y IX del Código Sustantivo de Trabajo, deben hacen parte del total de la remuneración que “por todo concepto” reciba el trabajador cada mes, con el fin de calcular el limite porcentual del cuarenta (40%), sesenta (60%) que define el ingreso base de cotización mensual.
