Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010Este articulo es sobre un proyecto que llega a la solución de una herramienta manual para el corte del tallo en las heliconias, mostrando desde donde surge la problemática y los procesos de investigación para llevar acabo el diseño propuesto tomando como referentes que aportan viabilidad en la forma y función de la herramienta, logrando los objetivos propuestos, demostrando la reducción considerable de daños y mejorando la calidad de trabajo del usuario, también hace referencia de los procesos de producción que definen sus costos y dando propuestas de varios diseños seleccionando el más viable, posterior a eso da a conocer los resultados en las comprobaciones dejando en claro la viabilidad del producto como tal./Abstract: This article is about a project that arrives at the solution of a hand tool for the cut of the stem in the heliconias, showing since where arises the problems and the processes of investigation to carry the design proposed taking as referring that contribute viability in the form and function of the tool, achieving the objectives proposed, showing the considerable reduction of damages and improving the quality of I work of the user, also refers of the processes of production that define its costs and giving proposals of various designs selecting the but viable, after that brings to light the results in the verifications leaving in clear the viability of the product as such.Universidad Católica de Pereira; Asesor: Gabriel Flórez
