El canal toma los hechos más importantes de la gente del eje cafetero. Observando todo esto, se llega a la conclusión de identificar como necesidad la creación de un manual periodístico de estilo y forma del noticiero, y un organigrama de las funciones, para obtener un mejor desempeño en el trabajo de equipo.
