Monografía programa de arquitectura , Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira,2022El impacto producido por el ferrocarril en Colombia trajo consigo cambios en el modelo de ocupación en los territorios, inicialmente implico cambios basados en torno a la estructura urbana y en la generación de nuevas formas de habitar de los asentamientos. Este trabajo de grado responde a una investigación en donde se realiza un análisis sobre los fenómenos entorno al crecimiento de la estructura urbana y las transformaciones producidas por las incidencias del ferrocarril; que a su vez propone indagar en procesos colectivos desarrollados en los asentamientos urbanos producidos de orden informal por la instalación del ferrocarril. Como resultado de la investigación se obtuvo una indagación genealógica de los procesos autogestivos en el hábitat informal de la vereda Galicia en Pereira, un asentamiento que se conformó a partir de la trama del ferrocarril y que se constituyó como un barrio informal estableciendo costumbres colectivas y urbanas a partir de una morfología lineal. Abstract: The impact produced by the railway in Colombia brought with it changes in the occupation model in the territories, initially it implied changes based on the urban structure and the generation of new ways of inhabiting the settlements. This degree work responds to an investigation where an analysis is carried out on the phenomena surrounding the growth of the urban structure and the transformations produced by the incidents of the railway; which in turn proposes to investigate collective processes developed in urban settlements produced informally by the installation of the railway..
