Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2017La infraestructura es uno de los principales factores que brinda competitividad a un país y que permite ampliar las relaciones internacionales con otros países, es decir, las vías y carreteras con las que se cuentan para el transporte de mercancías. A partir de una entrevista realizada a entidades oficiales de la ciudad de Pereira, se pretende conocer los proyectos de infraestructura vial para el departamento de Risaralda, que conllevan a mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos logísticos de las Pymes exportadoras de Pereira; además de conocer por medio de los Operadores Logísticos de la ciudad los problemas externos e internos que presentan las Pymes al momento de realizar actividades de comercio exterior.\ Abstract: The infrastructure is one of the main factors that offers competitiveness to a country and that allows to extend the international relations with other countries, that is to say, the routes and highways with which they are counted for the goods transport. From an interview realized to official entities of Pereira's city, one tries to know the projects of road infrastructure for the department of Risaralda, which bear to improve the efficiency of the logistic processes of the exporting Pymes of Pereira; in addition to knowing by means of the Logistic Operators of the city the external and internal problems that the Pymes presents at the moment of realizing foreign trade activities.Universidad Catolica de Pereira.
