En este documento se consolida las pautas para fortalecer los comités de víctimas del Placer y El Tigre (Departamento del Putumayo), como un espacio de encuentro y articulación de las organizaciones de víctimas para trabajar unitariamente por los derechos a la Verdad, la Justicia y la Reparación, con capacidades interdisciplinarias que les proporcione elementos para mejorar su calidad de vida y ser voceros de los intereses y derechos de las víctimas del conflicto armado. Así mismo se formulan dos proyectos en beneficio de las víctimas del conflicto de las inspecciones del Placer y el Tigre, uno de ellos es la conformación y fortalecimiento del comité de víctimas y el segundo es apoyo al Diplomado “Liderazgo Transformador” en convenio con la ESAP.In this document the guidelines are consolidated to strengthen the victims' committees of El Placer and El Tigre (Department del Putumayo) as a space of meeting and joint of the victims' organizations to work unitarily for the rights to the Truth, the Justice and the Repair, with interdisciplinary capacities that it provides elements to them to improve his quality of life and to be spokesmen of the interests and rights of the victims of the armed conflict.
