Reforma al Banco de la República

Abstract

Luego de más de veinte años de la creación del Banco de la República autónomo, se abrió el debate sobre su conveniencia y continuidad. En el Congreso cursa un proyecto de ley para modificar la norma constitucional que estableció el banco central autónomo, así como la ley que lo reglamentó.

After more than twenty years of the creation of the autonomous Bank of the Republic, the debate on its convenience and continuity was opened. A bill is being processed in Congress to modify the constitutional norm that established the autonomous central bank, as well as the law that regulated it.
