| dc.description.abstract | El plan 2019 se basa en las mismas prioridades que han dominado los planes de desarrollo de los últimos 20 años y, en buena medida, se sintetizan en el Consenso de Washington. Entre ellos se destacan la austeridad fiscal y monetaria, el motor del crecimiento del comercio y las políticas sociales de corte asistencialista. Durante dicho periodo el desempeño de la economía fue muy inferior al del lapso 1950 - 1980 y uno de los peores del siglo. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The 2019 plan is based on the same priorities that have dominated the development plans of the last 20 years and, to a large extent, are synthesized in the Washington Consensus. Among them are fiscal and monetary austerity, the engine of growth in trade and welfare-oriented social policies. During said period the performance of the economy was much lower than that of the period 1950-1980 and one of the worst of the century. | |
