Gestión del conocimiento en trabajadores profesionales y directivos de la Compañía General de Aceros S.A. : una aproximación desde la perspectiva del pensamiento complejo en la circulación de conocimiento

Abstract

El objeto de la presente investigación es entender la importancia de la gestión del conocimiento en la Compañía General de Aceros S.A y poner de manifiesto los diferentes retos que se pueden presentar en tiempos de incertidumbre como el actual, y a los que puede enfrentar las empresas frente a la volatilidad que platea la industria, por lo tanto, presentar estrategias tratando de entender aquellas necesidades de la Compañía y cuales son aquellas urgencias en función de las soluciones y oportunidades donde se puede establecer ese conocimiento estratégico frente a las solicitudes que ingresan y se manifiestan como dilemas que se puede plantear la Compañía. Se acude a la perspectiva del pensamiento complejo con el fin de responder a nuevas estrategias que permitan construir espacios y procesos de desarrollo que anime el crecimiento del sujeto trabajador.

The purpose of this research is to understand the importance of knowledge management in the General Company of Aceros S.A and highlight the different challenges that can be presented in times of uncertainty such as the current one, and those that companies can face in the face of the volatility of the industry, therefore, present strategies by trying to understand those needs of the Company and what those emergencies are depending on the solutions and opportunities Where that strategic knowledge can be established in the face of the requests that enter and manifest themselves as dilemmas that the Company can be considered.
