Modelo de negocio para la creación de glamping en la Mesa, Cundinamarca

Abstract

El negocio de glamping es la nueva tendencia de alojamiento que ha venido surgiendo desde antes de la pandemia y que ha tomado mucha más fuerza en los últimos años. Este nuevo tipo de alojamiento ha llamado mucho la atención a los amantes de la naturaleza quienes no dejan el confort y el lujo atrás para poder vivir una experiencia inmersa en lugares que, por lo general, se encuentran rodeados de atractivos y paisajes naturales. Comprender cada uno de los elementos internos y externos que compone este tipo de negocios es el fin principal del presente proyecto de grado, el cual se enfocará en contemplar la posibilidad y la viabilidad de este tipo de negocio en un destino caracterizado por ser de turismo de naturaleza y donde por el momento, no se registra ningún glamping hasta la fecha.

The glamping business is the new accommodation trend that has been emerging before the pandemic and it has gained even more strenght in recent years. This new type of accommodation has caught the attention of nature lovers who do not leave the comfort and the luxury behind in order to live a new experience in places that are usually surrounded by attractives natural landscapes. The main objecttive of this degree project is to understand each of the internal and external elements that make up this type of business, wich will focus on considering the posibility and feasibility of this type of business in a place where is characterized by nature tourism, currently there aren´t any glamping registered to date.
