Elaboración de una Guía Para el Mejoramiento en la Calidad de los Procesos Constructivos en Acabados Exteriores Para Edificaciones

Abstract

La investigación realizada y el proceso de elaboración de una guía se realiza debido a la necesita que se observa en el desarrollo de los procesos de acabados exteriores en las edificaciones, estos manejan un índice de error superior en comparación con los acabados internos, esto ocurre debido a la falta de formación del personal que realiza esta función, ya que los materiales y las técnicas utilizadas son totalmente diferente a los que se manejan en el resto de la construcción, por la exposición climática a la que se encuentran, entre otros factores que dificultan este tipo de actividades. Los colaboradores con suficiente experiencia tienen un amplio conocimiento el cual lo han tenido debido a su técnica más usada, la prueba y error, es esta la que les ha dado el bagaje de distinguir a simple vista errores de procedimiento, sin embargo esto a generado en su momento gran desperdicio de materia prima como de tiempo del personal que realiza esta función, es por esto que se decide realizar una guía educativa para todas las personas del sector en la cual se identifiquen algunas técnicas y materiales que se deben utilizar para los acabados de exteriores. En trabajo y respectiva guía se podrá evidenciar mediante el método de encuestas los errores más frecuentes en este tipo de acabados y a su vez una amplia información que permita identificar problemas en estructuras ya existentes como también muestre la importancia de adquirir el conocimiento previo en el momento de ejecutar este tipo de acabado en obra. Para finalizar, en esta guía podemos observar los procesos idóneos que se deben aplicar al momento de ejecutar acabados exteriores, enfocado en su técnica, materiales de calidad, esta guía manejara un lenguaje neutro para que todas las personas interesadas conozcan este tipo de tema, se espera que sea un plus en la industrial con el objetivo final de disminuir el índice de errores por parte de los acabados exteriores.
