Estrategias de exportación de hidrocarburos sólidos en el Terminal Marítimo Puerto Brisa S.A

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar las estrategias de exportación de hidrocarburos sólidos en el terminal marítimo puerto brisa S.A del municipio de Dibulla, La Guajira. La metodología utilizada fue descriptiva, de campo aplicada a 30 funcionarios de Puerto Brisa encargados del proceso de exportación. Como técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta tipo escala de Likert de 29 preguntas. Las conclusiones el personal del puerto que atiende estas actividades están prestos a cumplir con los requerimientos para que la exportación se realice de acuerdo a los protocolos exigidos por la autoridad portuaria. El proceso logístico se hace de forma eficiente dando como resultado un servicio óptimo y entregando al cliente en el tiempo estipulado, así mismo, se gestionan adecuadamente las actividades y un soporte tecnológico adecuado. El puerto cumple con esta función de mantener estos servicios generales de manera óptima para la prestación oportuna de los servicios. Recomendaciones Aprovechando la zona franca brisa captar clientes que les favorezca el régimen especial ejemplo Si es una empresa de granel sólido encontrar distribuidores que les interese o muevan ese tipo de carga. Y aprovechando las dimensiones de espacio que tiene la zona franca brisa atraer inversionistas que complementen la actividad económica. En la parte ambiental buscar mitigar el impacto ambiental que provoca la polución del hidrocarburo. Se pueden implementar programas de reforestación para bajar el daño ambiental por la actividad económica ejercida.

The general objective of this research is to determine the export strategies of solid hydrocarbons in the Puerto Brisa S.A maritime terminal in the municipality of Dibulla, La Guajira. The methodology used was descriptive, field applied to 30 Puerto Brisa officials in charge of the export process. As a data collection technique and instrument, the 29-question Likert scale survey was used. The conclusions the port staff that attends these activities are ready to comply with the requirements so that the export is carried out according to the protocols required by the port authority. The logistics process is done efficiently, resulting in an optimal service and delivering to the client in the stipulated time, likewise, the activities and adequate technological support are properly managed. The port fulfills this function of maintaining these general services in an optimal manner for the timely provision of services. Recommendations Taking advantage of the brisa free zone attracting customers who benefit from the special regime example If it is a solid bulk company, find distributors who are interested in moving this type of cargo. And taking advantage of the dimensions of space that the brisa free zone has, attract investors that complement the economic activity. In the environmental part, seek to mitigate the environmental impact caused by hydrocarbon pollution. Reforestation programs can be implemented to reduce the environmental damage caused by the economic activity carried out. In addition, continuous humidification of the coal piles can be programmed to reduce contamination.
