dc.descriptionEl presente artículo expone una breve revisión de la epistemología artística contemporánea y su práctica en campos tecnocientíficos, como objeto de investigación en la producción de obras de arte. Entiéndase en este caso el encuentro entre disciplinas antagónicas como son la ciencia y la tecnología dando lugar al bio arte, el eco arte, nano arte o dígase de entornos virtuales y telepresencia, sonido e imagen experimental, arte robótico, arte satelital, etc. Otro de los objetivos a esclarecer, y aprovechando dicha revisión, es analizar la capacidad creativa del artista del actual siglo y su peculiar visión ante nuevos paradigmas científicos y ecológicos con el fin de generar conocimiento, pensamiento crítico, innovación, y aportar soluciones ante significativos problemas de interés social fuera del hermetismo tecnocientífico.
dc.descriptionThis article exposes a brief review of the contemporary artistic epistemology and its practice in techno-scientific fields as the research object in the production of works of art. The encounter among antagonistic disciplines such as science and technology giving room to bio-art, eco-art, nano-art or virtual environments and tele-presence, experimental sound and image, robotics, and satellite art among others, should be considered in this case. Another objective is to analyze the artists’ creative capacity and their peculiar vision to new scientific and ecological paradigms in order to generate new knowledge, critical thinking, and innovations, and provide solutions to significant problems of social interest out of the techno-scientific secrecy
