dc.description | La aplicación de la metodología Kanban en una empresa ayuda a mejorar sus procesos y la gestión de proyectos. La empresa «LG CNS Colombia SAS» es una empresa surcoreana de consultoría en tecnología enfocada en proyectos de transporte masivo en la ciudad de Bogotá y con 10 años de operación en Colombia. En la presente investigación cualitativa descriptiva se recopilaron las fuentes bibliográficas principales que resaltan las ventajas de la aplicación de la metodología Kanban en la gestión y planificación de proyectos con el objetivo de determinar las alternativas de su aplicación a través de pasos detallados para establecer proyectos priorizados enfocados a transporte masivo de la empresa LG CNS Colombia SAS. Un aporte del presente documento es la conceptualización y elaboración de tarjetas digitales que identifican las buenas prácticas de Kanban para la gestión de proyectos, gracias a la fluidez en el desarrollo de tareas y la visualización de los flujos de trabajo de cada integrante del equipo de proyectos. | |

dc.description | The application of the Kanban methodology in a company helps to improve its processes and project management. The company "LG CNS Colombia SAS" is a South Korean technology consulting company focused on mass transportation projects in the city of Bogotá and with 10 years of operation in Colombia. In the present qualitative research, the main bibliographical sources were compiled that highlighted the advantages of the application of the Kanban methodology in the management and planning of projects with the objective of determining the alternatives of its application through detailed steps to establish prioritized projects focused on Mass transportation of the company LG CNS Colombia SAS. A contribution of this document is the conceptualization and elaboration of digital cards that identify the good practices of Kanban for project management, thanks to the fluidity in the development of tasks and the visualization of the workflows of each member of the project team. | |
