This article refers to the manufacturing of a new environmentally friendly construction material; it mentions concepts of pollution in Colombia where the lack of reutilization of recyclable materials is proven with figures.  It bases its objectives and justification on the needs or deficiencies outlined in the document. In the vestigation, similar models are carried out where investigations related to the proposed topic are presented. Likewise, there is an evocation of national and international articles and laws supporting the work in this research.El presente artículo hace referencia a la realización de un nuevo material de construcción amigable con el medio ambiente; menciona conceptos de contaminación en Colombia donde se demuestra con cifras la falta de reutilización de materiales reciclables, y plantea sus objetivos y justificación de acuerdo con las necesidades o carencias esbozadas en el documento. En la investigación se efectúan estudios de modelos similares donde se muestran investigaciones relacionadas con el tema propuesto; igualmente se hace evocación de artículos y leyes tanto nacionales como internacionales que respaldan este trabajo.
