| dc.description | A lo largo del tiempo se ha venido implementando de metodologías innovadoras para el buen funcionamiento de las empresas. Este ensayo tiene como finalidad dar a conocer los conceptos aprendidos en el curso MISIÓN ACADÉMICA INTERNACIONAL VIRTUAL EN GESTIÓN DE LA INNOVACIÓN en la universidad de Valencia-España, celebrado del 3/11/20 al 19/12/20 de 120 horas a distancia. Se utilizaron herramientas y metodologías para conocer el perfil de la demanda de innovación donde se hizo el análisis y comprensión de la organización, del entorno de la misma y de las necesidades y expectativas de los grupos de interés para que de esta forma se generara una propuesta de valor de la innovación. Con lo anterior se generaron unas actividades donde se mostraron espacios para la innovación como modelos de negocios, políticas y estrategias, productos y servicios, procesos y operaciones para finalmente realizar una serie de competencias donde tendríamos el resultado final de la innovación; todo esto respondiendo a una metodología global que responde a tres preguntas (Qué, Cuándo y Cómo). | |
| dc.description | Over time, innovative methodologies have been implemented for the proper functioning of companies. The purpose of this essay is to present the concepts learned in the VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC MISSION IN INNOVATION MANAGEMENT course at the University of Valencia-Spain, held from 11/3/20 to 12/19/20 for 120 hours remotely. Tools and methodologies were used to know the profile of the demand for innovation where the analysis and understanding of the organization, its environment and the needs and expectations of the interest groups were made so that in this way a proposal was generated. innovation value.
